If you have a disability, don’t wait; head straight to the counter. Our team will be happy to take your order first and, if needed, provide information about allergens and ingredients or help you choose the perfect flavour.
Ice Cream Lovers! Some health conditions aren't immediately visible; you can’t always tell if someone is unable to stand for long periods, so please don't judge someone who appears to "cut the queue" and isn’t using crutches or a wheelchair. Waiting to order your favourite ice cream, especially outside in the sun, can be physically demanding even for healthy individuals. For some, it might be a severe health risk. We wouldn’t want anything to stand between you getting your portion of joy!
So please, let’s all look out for one another. If you see someone who has difficulty waiting in a queue, make way and let them go ahead. Small acts of kindness and empathy can brighten someone’s day. It’s a small gesture that creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere and a sense of security.
