We’ve been making ice cream every day for a couple of years, cause we know how to do it, and there’s a demand for it, just like there’s a demand for blood, but, although we all produce it, only a few share it.
Ice Cream Lovers!
This summer, together with Regionalne Centrum Krwiodawstwa i Krwiolecznictwa w Krakowie, we’ll be spreading the word about how you can help those in dire need. If you can, please consider donating blood and helping out.
As an incentive, every Monday during July and August, the first 30 people to donate blood in one of three locations in Kraków get a voucher for a free ice cream portion. 90 vouchers in total every Monday for nine weeks. This means around 364,5 litres of blood for life-saving purposes.

– We’ll be introducing Coconut Chocolate #DonatingBlood in loodspots and via Good Lood Delivery to remind everyone about the importance of donating blood!
– On Saturday, anyone who wants to donate blood can do so at a mobile station from 10:00 to 14:00 right next to our Good Lood Błonia Loodspot, at ul. Kałuży 1 in Kraków, in front of the Cracovia stadium, courtesy of the football club. As a thank you to donors, we’ll be giving out a voucher for a double portion of ice cream and a Choconoot® jar.
How to prepare for donating blood?
Don’t stress and remember, millions of people donate blood worldwide. Drink plenty of water, eat a lighter breakfast, and avoid fats and alcohol. Usually it’s best to stick to a proper meal plan the day before. And don’t forget to bring your ID card with you.
Can’t make it on Saturday? You can donate blood any day of the week at the main offices and local branches of Blood Donation Centres across Poland! If, for example, you get hit by a storm at the Polish coast and even a windbreak can’t hold it back, just visit your nearest branch and donate blood.
